Hello, I have the opportunity to buy a used 60" Samsung KS8000 for around $750. Would you reccommend that I buy this or wait and buy a 65" television during the holiday season? I am willing to spend up to ~$1100 dollars and I will be sitting about 9' from my television. Thank you

The KS8000 does have great picture quality and overall performance. It can produce vivid and bright colors, and deep dark scenes. It's not perfect though as vertical blooming is visible when watching in a dark room, but this is likely better value than many of the Black Friday offerings. If you've got a dark room then the 65" X900E is an excellent choice due to the full-array local dimming but probably isn't worth it for twice the price.
