Revamp Of The Suggestion Tool

Spam Filter + Voting On The Same Product (For Insiders)

Today, we've updated the review suggestion voting tools:

Main changes:

Improved spam filter to only count votes from active users, to prevent gaming the votes
Insiders can now vote multiple times on the same product
Added 'Delayed' status to let you know when we're having problems testing a product and a review is delayed
