The Vitamix 750 is fantastic for multi-purpose use. It's very well-built and delivers a versatile performance. It can make a silky puree of fibrous ingredients, so it's suitable for single-serve smoothies or a big batch of soup. It easily crushes ice cubes and has no trouble with tough ingredients like nuts, although you may need to scrape the sides of the jar with thicker mixtures like nut butter. You can also use it to process hot ingredients. Unfortunately, it isn't dishwasher-safe, but it's quite easy to wash by hand.
The Vitamix 750 is excellent for making single-serve smoothies. It makes a silky puree with small batches of fibrous ingredients, so you can use it to make an extremely well-blended smoothie with stubborn ingredients like leafy greens. However, it only comes with a 64oz jar, and you have to blend for several minutes and use a spatula to scrape the jar for the best results, so it's not the most convenient blender for personal smoothies.
The Vitamix 750 is outstanding for making multiple servings of smoothie. The 64-ounce jar can hold enough to serve several people, and it makes a nearly perfectly smooth puree with ingredients like kale, even if you fill it to its full capacity. It also makes snow-like crushed ice, so you can add ingredients like ice cubes or frozen fruit. It's quite easy to clean, but it's not dishwasher-safe.

The Vitamix 750 is fantastic for making soup. It's safe to use for hot blending, so you can add your ingredients directly from the pot or pan. The 64-ounce jar can hold a big batch and can produce an extremely smooth puree with fibrous ingredients, so it can blend a smooth vegetable soup or sauce. The 'Soup' program also lets you heat up cool ingredients as they blend with friction from the blades.
The Vitamix 750 is fantastic for professional use. It's very solidly built and delivers a versatile performance, easily blending fibrous ingredients, nuts, and ice cubes. It's safe to use for hot blending and offers a wide range of speed settings to suit different recipes. It's easy to clean by hand but isn't dishwasher-safe. It's also quite a bit louder than some full-size blenders, including other Vitamix models like the Vitamix A3500.
