Low light photography comparison with the A7C would be interesting to see. Since this camera has more megapixels than its predecessor, how does it perform in low light.?

I am currently comparing several mirrorless cameras using these (excellent) tests, and I have a question regarding updates: When comparing the 7C2 with the 7M4, the C2 seems to fall a bit flat when it comes to the noise handling compared to its “bigger” brother, is that something newer firmware could help with (tested at 1.00, current is 1.02, changelog does mention High ISO NR option begin broken https://www.sony.ca/en/electronics/support/e-mount-body-ilce-7-series/ilce-7cm2/software/00301105 )?
