Are you using different testing methodology for reflection handling? Its odd that you have given the C4 only 6.5 for direct Reflections while the C3 got 9.5? Is it actually worse or just the test being different? The picture is missing for one of them. It is putting me off from purchasing the C4. Please confirm.

Yes, we completely overhauled our reflections testing (among other things) as part of our 2.0 test update. The scores and tests are no longer directly comparable.

It’s just due to the change of methodology, the scores are no longer at all comparable, unfortunately.

It’s now very funny to see retrospectively how the TV with much better testing results has now much lower scores) this tells us about 2 things: 1. What a tremendous value C4 has now for those who want to purchase OLED in 2025; 2. What a stupid consumeristic world we are living in…..

From the scoring above, it appears the C3 is the far better TV. I watch a lot of sports and the scores there show the C3 to be far superior. Is this the case or just due to the change in methodology?

With the adoption of the new v2.0 methodology, it is now difficult to compare ratings with TV’s using the old v1.11 methodology. Could you review the C3 again? It would be interesting to see, after 2 years, how much the firmware updates have affected the TV’s performance.

We’d love to, but unfortunately we have very limited resources, so we’re unable to go back further than the 2024 models for the 2.0 update. As TV season is picking up rapidly we’re not even sure when we’ll have time to finish retesting the 2024s.

Correct The comparison in c3 also happens the greenish tone is not something specific to c4 as I already said, it should be corrected for a site as big as rtings so people don’t make a mistake I was going to buy c3 thinking I didn’t have it. Correct the comparison
