I recently purchased the Momentum 4 headphones, but I wasn’t impressed with them. I still have 10 days to return them, and I’m really considering buying the 620’s instead. I’m eagerly waiting for them to release the reviews on the 620 model. Hopefully they do it soon.

Their drivers are the same as 600 series, and the chassi is based on the hd560s. I would like to see how they compare against hd 560s, hd 600 and hd 650 soundwise and if they are less flimsy than hd560s. Also, which pair is the most comfortable?

Could you please bring back the temperature testing for this one? Several reviewers mention how hot these can get but, as we know, temperature perception is highly subjective and I know thoses temperatures delta with the thermal camera at the ear helped a lot in the past. Thanks for all you do

Unfortunately, we can’t bring back a test for only one product, as our goal is to test all products consistently for the sake of comparability. We’ll consider it for future test bench updates, but isn’t something we can do at this time. Sorry about that!

I think it would be worth to bring it back. Summers are getting hotter and longer every year. Breathability is part of comfort at the end. Thanks for all your objective measurements!

yeah i think that breathability should be a metric in in comfort as well; your ears getting too stuffy does affect comfort quite a bit during long music/gaming/whatever sessions

I ended up returning the momentum 4 headphones. Bought this ones and sound amazing. I’m hoping the reviews give good results. Reading bad reviews on things you already bought feels horrible lol

In can vary depending on different factors (unfortunately) in this case, members of our audio team were away for a few days, which slowed things down. We also don’t work weekends. Review should be available sometime next week though!

Would like to see a comparison to the 650 and 599 in the “Compared To Other Headphones” section. Also be interesting to see a review of the 569 which is a closed-back set in the 500 series. I am trialing both currently, and think the 569 sounds almost as good as the 620s for $250 less.
