Samsung JS9500 4k LED TV Calibration Settings

We did a 10 pt. white balance and colorspace calibration on our Samsung JS9500 for our review. Here are the picture setting results.

Movie mode has the best default settings. It is good for TV shows, movies, and sports. For playing video games, though, you will want to turn on game mode to lower the input lag.

If you find our settings too dark, increase 'Backlight', not 'Brightness'.

Turn on 'Auto Motion Plus' if you want the soap opera effect. 'Smart LED' is the local dimming feature. We turned it off for our calibration, but if you like it, leave it on.

Setting the 'Color Space' to 'Auto' or 'Custom' is for Rec 709. If you want a wider color gamut, set it to 'Native'.

Regarding the HDMI UHD Color setting turned to on: I have noticed that on three of the four HDMI ports, there is no sound - only video. I called Samsung, but was in a perpetual loop talking to level 1 / level 2 / remote management etc on and on, with no resolution & long 20 minute hold times.
This is my second 78JS9500, and the first set I was able to tun on the HDMI UHD Setting fine, & it allowed full video / audio. The second set does not. What is going on?
I see in 2014 model the HU series had a similar issue. My PS3 works on any HDMI port with it on, but the other equipment does not. One of the techs said they would have a engineer call me in 24/48 hours to fix a "glitch" in the software, but they never called, and each time I call back I have to go through all the same hoops and tech levels (1, 2, remote management, etc). It's been hours and hours of frustration, now going on nearly two weeks.
What is your other equipment? We've never encountered this issue, so unfortunately we have no advice or solutions to offer. If you're still in the return window, a return might be something to consider. Otherwise, you're going to need to deal with Samsung's support.

Update 10/04/2016: A reader have suggested to try changing the audio output from bitstream to PCM to fix this issue.

Can your Color Space settings be blindly applied to any/all JS9500s, or would individual TV differences make this unwise (I don't have any test equipment to validate settings). Recommendations? P.S. Very impressed by your site's attention to detail!
Color settings are unique to each individual TV, so ours won't necessarily be correct for your TV. That said, try them and see if you like them.
