Samsung JU6700 LED TV Calibration Settings

As usual for a Samsung TV, we set the picture mode of the Samsung JU6700 to 'Movie' for our calibration settings.

This TV was calibrated for a dark room. If you find the picture too dim, increase 'Backlight'.

For high-quality media like a PC, gaming console, or even a Blu-ray player, keep 'Digital Clean View' and 'MPEG Noise Filter' off. For DVDs, cable, or streaming content, set them to 'High' to reduce the noise.

This is a 60Hz TV, but it does have the motion interpolation feature (Auto Motion Plus). It only works on 24Hz and 30Hz footage though, not 60Hz.

I'm not happy with the way sports (football) look on this 65" TV. I'm planning to exchange the TV for a better one. What would be your recommendation if I have a budget up to $2,000? It doesn't have to be curved. Thanks!
Get the Samsung UN65JU7100. It has very little blur and great picture quality overall, so football (and everything else) should look really good. For even less blur, you can get the pricier Samsung UN65JU7500, though most people will be fine with the JU7100.
That said, the JU6700 shouldn't be bad for sports. What don't you like about it? Try increasing 'Backlight', as well as changing 'Color Tone' to something else.

What's the best color-settings for this tv as a 4k monitor in uhd color and hdmi edited as pc mode or just uhd color in hdmi 1 but not in pc mode?
For 4k monitor, use both UHD Color and turn on PC mode.

Is there a setting to upscale 1080p content to 4k, or did I just misread something?
No, it always does it by default. You don't need to worry about this.

I have the JU6700 and currently only one HDMI port will allow me to turn on the UHD color option. No matter what I do I can't get the option to turn UHD on the other ports. I've unplugged all sources and tried and I have also completely reset my TV to no avail. Please help.
On the JU6700 this is only possible on one HDMI port. It is likely a cost saving measure, but shouldn't matter for most people as it only makes a difference with 4k @ 60Hz @ 4:4:4 content.

How to change resolution on the tv?
You can't. The native resolution is 4k and everything will always be upscaled to that. When you press the info button, the TV shows the resolution of the input signal.
