As you all know, the situation with COVID-19 is a growing concern for all. Although we're still monitoring the situation, many of our staff have been, and will continue to be working from home, to respect the social distancing guidelines published by the Governments of Quebec and Canada.
Over the next few weeks, you might notice some differences in our reviews. This will not only impact the number of reviews that come out, but also the tests we're able to do. Some of our tests aren't very portable, and some of them require a controlled environment, which we can't easily reproduce somewhere else. Because of this, some of our reviews may be incomplete, and some photos might not match the quality you've come to expect from our reviews. Once the situation has resolved, we'll go back and retest any incomplete reviews.
With TV season starting, we know this might come as a disappointment to some. Rest assured that we're doing everything we can to get reviews out as quickly as possible, while also working to protect the health and safety of our employees.
