Anything to add about how the new sensor performs differently from the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro (non 35k model)? It seems FreSch commented below on some mouse differences - which is extremely helpful thanks FreSch! - but I thought Rtings should have chimed in on the differences as a lot of people, like myself, want to know more about how the new sensor compares vs non 35k other than just longer battery life.

Thanks! This is my first Razer mouse, so I don’t know what other non-quantifiable features differ, otherwise I would comment on them.

I’ve used this mouse for half a year, after which the mouse wheel became unreliable. This is a known issue with Roccat (Kone) mice, present in many models made after the Turtle Beach accusation.

I bought this mouse myself, here are some of my observations:

• Mouse wheel tilt (mainly tilt left) needs to be pressed quite hard to register reliably.
• The scroll mode button is digital and can be reprogrammed.
• Smart-reel feels very good once you get used to it, however it seems to be controlled by Synapse and does not work without having it installed.
• Synapse does support the Bluetooth connection.
• On board profiles don’t save any RGB settings, however you can install Synapse on multiple devices and sync your profiles via cloud.

• Since it got more than 3 feet, mine has a very minute wobble even on the smoothest desk,

Edit2:

• After a month of nearly daily mouse wheel tilt usage, the mouse wheel now tilts easily in both directions
• I recommend not putting the mouse directly into a backpack and keeping it away from carpets. Some fibers have wrapped around the axis of the scroll wheel and hinder free scrolling considerably.
• Since I use the mouse directly on a hard surface desk, the mouse feet have evened out to the point you can’t feel any wobble.
