Suggestion Tool Winner Updates

We've changed the way the review suggestions voting tools work:

• TVs
• Headphones
• Monitors

Main changes:

• New latest winner section
• Countdown timer/automatic winner selection
• First position shown in table
• Adjusted rejected description

We are updating the tool to make this process more transparent with an automatic countdown timer and clear winners.

We will clearly show how many days left until we pick another winner (will vary by product category).

NOTE: We will not pick Not Yet Released products (even if they are in the lead, until they are released)
