The Samsung offers a larger internal capacity, giving you more space to heat and reheat your biggest dishes. It's also easier to use, since you don't have to press quite as many buttons in order to change the power level or set a detailed cook time. That said, the Panasonic cooks faster. It's also quieter, so you may prefer it if noise is a concern.
