The ProBreeze PB-02 is a compact dehumidifier for small spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms, and RVs. It has a 9-ounce capacity, a 0.1 gal (0.5 L) water tank, and an automatic shutoff feature.

Our Verdict

N/A Basement

The ProBreeze PB-02 is a terrible option for basements. Its dehumidification capacity is very low and best suited for the smallest crawl spaces. Its water tank is also very small and lacks a drain pump, so you can't have it drain continuously for longer usage sessions. That said, its dehumidification rate is so low that filling its tiny water tank will take quite a while.

Pros
  • Compact size.
Cons
  • Terrible dehumidification capacity.
  • Very low airflow.
  • No continuous drainage option.
  • Small water tank.
  • Not efficient for anything other than very small spaces.
N/A Bathroom

The ProBreeze PB-02 is a sub-par option for bathrooms. It has very little dehumidification capacity and will struggle with even moderately sized bathrooms. It also lacks a port for continuous drainage. On the upside, it's very quiet and releases very little heat while running.

Pros
  • Compact size.
  • Doesn't generate much heat.
  • Runs quietly.
Cons
  • Terrible dehumidification capacity.
  • No continuous drainage option.
  • Small water tank.
  • Not efficient for anything other than very small spaces.
N/A Large Room

The ProBreeze PB-02 is a bad fit for large rooms, though this obviously isn't its intended usage. It generates very little airflow and has terrible dehumidification capacity, so it's only really suited for tighter crawl spaces.

Pros
  • Runs quietly.
Cons
  • Very low airflow.
  • Small water tank.
  • Not efficient for anything other than very small spaces.
N/A Bedroom

The ProBreeze PB-02 is a decent option for bedrooms, though only really small ones due to its low dehumidification capacity. It's highly compact and can be easily set up almost anywhere. It also runs quietly and releases very little heat.

Pros
  • Compact size.
  • Doesn't generate much heat.
  • Runs quietly.
Cons
  • Terrible dehumidification capacity.
  • Small water tank.
  • Not efficient for anything other than very small spaces.
N/A Capacity

The ProBreeze PB-02 has a very low dehumidification capacity. It's only enough for very small areas, like crawl spaces or RVs.

Pros
Cons
  • Terrible dehumidification capacity.
N/A Noise

The ProBreeze PB-02 produces very little noise. Its operating noise isn't loud enough to be much of a nuisance while you're watching TV or trying to get some rest nearby.

Pros
  • Runs quietly.
Cons
N/A Temperature Stability

The ProBreeze PB-02 doesn't release much heat. You can leave it to run for long periods without it having a noticeable impact on a room's temperature.

Pros
  • Doesn't generate much heat.
Cons
  • N/A Basement
  • N/A Bathroom
  • N/A Large Room
  • N/A Bedroom

Compared To Other Dehumidifiers

The ProBreeze PB-02 is a compact dehumidifier. Due to its low dehumidification capacity and small water tank, it's best suited for really small spaces where it won't have to contend with very high levels of moisture, like a small bedroom or a camper van.

This dehumidifier has terrible airflow performance. It has only a single fan speed setting, and it won't really generate any air circulation in anything other than very small areas.
