Vitamix Venturist Pro
Vitamix Alta Pro
The Vitamix Alta Pro and the Vitamix Venturist Pro offer similar performance, but their features cater to different needs. If you like using presets and don't want to use an app, opt for the Alta Pro. Alta Pro users can simply turn a dial on the front panel to choose an automatic blending program, whereas the Venturist Pro requires you to use an app to do so. Otherwise, both blenders come with a similar 64-ounce jar design that's great for making large batches, but struggles when processing small batches of ingredients.
