The Ninja Professional Plus Blender DUO with Auto-iQ and the Black+Decker Quiet Blender with Cyclone Glass Jar are two glass blenders with different strengths. The Ninja is a sturdier blender and is much better for crushing ice in its main jar, so it's more suitable for big batches of slushies or blended cocktails. The Black+Decker is much better for big batches of smoothies since it does a much better job of blending fibrous ingredients in its main jar.
