The Whynter NEX ARC-1030WN is a more versatile, efficient portable air conditioner than the LG DUAL Inverter LP1419IVSM. The Whynter features a dual-hose design that allows it to cool the compressor using outdoor air. This results in much lower energy consumption than the single-hose LG, and it'll cool a comparably sized room much faster. While the LG does take up slightly less room, it's only by a small margin, thanks to the Whynter's two-in-one design.
