The Levoit Core 600S and the Winix C610 serve different purposes, but if air cleaning performance is the main priority, the Levoit is the better choice. Its substantially higher clean air delivery rate makes it far more effective at cleaning large volumes of air quickly, making it a much better fit for bigger living rooms or open-concept layouts where air has more room to circulate. It also holds up better at quieter fan speeds, which is particularly useful if you want to keep noise levels down without giving up too much filtration performance.
