Vitamix 7500
Vitamix Professional Series 750
The Vitamix 7500 is a bit better than the Vitamix Professional Series 750. The 7500 is easier to use for recipes like nut butter, is quieter, and has a sturdier build quality. That said, these blenders perform similarly overall, and the 750 has a few automatic blending programs.

Hi, thanks for your question!
The difference in fibrous ingredients performance may be partly explained by the 750’s ‘Smoothie’ blending program, which would affect the way the speed ramps up compared to manual blending. As for the nut butter test, we found that the 750 produced a better texture with the same amount of effort. However, like you pointed out, given that they are similar blenders except for the 7500’s higher speed and power, it’s not clear exactly why. We’ll look into this a bit more on our end to see if we can provide some more information and clarification! Overall though, they do perform quite similarly.
They seem close in overall use. I have a few questions. For the fibrous ingredients processing, it seems the 750 outshines the 7500 even though it has less power. 1) Does this have something to do with blade size and shape in comparison to the jar? Same for the nut butters. Is it that the 7500 pulverizes too far? 2) For the smoothie servings, the jars have the same capacity, right? Why are the ratings different (the gap is small, just curious)? Also, the 7500 being quieter is neat!
