Vitamix VX1 vs Oster Titan Performance

The Vitamix VX1 is a better blender overall than the Oster Titan Performance. Both are sturdy full-size models with large 64-ounce jars, but the VX1 handles thick recipes like nut butter much more easily, requiring less hands-on intervention, and it runs quieter. The Titan performs better with large batches of fibrous ingredients and offers considerably more features, including several automatic programs, a digital display, and reverse pulse. The Vitamix takes a much simpler approach with mostly manual controls and uses a lighter plastic jar instead of the Oster's heavier glass one.
