Dualit 2 Slice NewGen Classic
Dualit Design Series 4 Slice
The Dualit 2 Slice NewGen Classic and the Dualit Design Series 4 Slice both offer good performance, but the NewGen Classic comes out ahead overall. While neither option leaves the surface of each slice of toast evenly browned, the NewGen Classic leaves both sides more similarly toasted and provides more consistent browning levels across each slot, making it a better option for toast overall. It's better for bagels, too, since it delivers more reliable one-sided toasting. Using the bagel setting gives you bagels, buns, or English muffins that are fully toasted on the inside and soft on the outside. The NewGen Classic is also smaller, making it easier to fit on crowded counters and store while not in use.
