It comes with an 'Emulsion Cup' accessory that helps with gradually adding liquids to recipes. However, the Vitamix makes smoother nut butter and has a somewhat better build quality.
The Vitamix Ascent A2500 is a rather bulky blender. It's tall and heavy, so it needs to be stored either on a kitchen counter or in a large cupboard.
