The Gourmia Digital Air Fryer GTF7900 is a combo toaster oven/air fryer. This medium-sized oven has many different functions; you can choose to cook with or without convection for most. It has a screen that displays a menu of its various functions and information about your desired function. It has a wire rack, baking tray, and mesh basket for air frying.
The Gourmia Digital Air Fryer GTF7900 is decent for mixed use. It has a good capacity for items like loaf and cake pans, although it's not quite big enough for a 9" X 13" baking sheet. However, it overshoots your selected temperature at the beginning of cooking, which makes it less suitable for baking and roasting. It's decent for toasting and air frying but doesn't offer a great performance for those purposes. However, it preheats quickly, making it a solid option for reheating leftovers.

The Gourmia Digital Air Fryer Oven is great for reheating leftovers. It has a big enough capacity for bowls, plates, and a 12-inch pizza. It also preheats quickly. However, it gets significantly hotter than your selected setting at the beginning of cooking, which might dry your food out before it's heated through.

Preheats quickly.
Overshoots temperature setting.
The Gourmia Digital Air Fryer Oven has a mediocre performance for baking. It tends to overshoot your selected temperature significantly right after you add food to the preheated oven. It cools down afterward, but still, this makes its performance less predictable and can cause baked goods to burn. That said, the temperature throughout the cooking chamber is very uniform.

The Gourmia Digital Air Fryer Oven has satisfactory air frying performance. Its cooking chamber has enough space to arrange food in a single layer, and it comes with a mesh air frying basket. If you use it to air fry vegetables or chicken wings, most of your food will come out crispy and golden brown. However, a significant proportion will be underdone and not crispy enough.

The Gourmia Digital Air Fryer Oven is decent for toasting. It can fit six slices and toasts quickly and quite equally on both sides of the bread. However, it doesn't do a good job of evenly toasting every slice. Even if you only use four slices, the pieces closer to the door toast much more slowly than the others.

The Gourmia Digital Air Fryer Oven has a good capacity. While it won't fit a 12-cup muffin tin, it can cook a 12-inch pizza or six slices of bread. The chamber has enough vertical space for a whole chicken or a loaf of bread.
Good amount of capacity.
The Gourmia Digital Air Fryer Oven only comes in 'Stainless Steel.' Here's a picture of the unit we tested.

The Gourmia Digital Air Fryer GTF7900 is a medium-sized toaster oven/air fryer. It's quite versatile, as many of its functions give you the option of using the convection fan or not. It performs alright for most uses but doesn't stand out. It works decently well as an air fryer, quickly making mostly crispy food. However, this isn't an ideal option to replace your slot toaster since it produces uneven results. The Ninja Flip SP151 is a little better for air frying and does a much better job of toasting six slices of bread at once. If you don't plan to use the air fry function, the Hamilton Beach Sure-Crisp 31196FG is also a good option if you want to use it as a toaster.
It has a medium-sized cooking chamber. It'll accommodate the average frozen pizza, six slices of bread, or a 9" X 9" cake pan. However, unlike bigger ovens like the Breville the Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro BOV900BSS, it won't fit a 9" X 13" baking sheet.
This model has good versatility. It offers a wide range of temperature settings and has many different functions for various cooking methods. You have the option of using the fan or not with most functions, so, for example, you can bake with or without convection. That said, many toaster ovens that we've tested have more powerful fans.
The screen displays a menu of the various functions and information about the time and temperature. Unfortunately, there is no light inside the cooking chamber.

*The manual indicates that the fan is on for the 'Bagel' function. However, when we tried it, our unit's fan wasn't on.
It's easy to clean. While the interior of the cooking chamber lacks a non-stick coating, it's big enough to maneuver your hand around easily. The lower elements are spaced apart; you can clean under them with a sponge. It's more difficult to clean above the upper elements, but it's possible with a sponge. There aren't any narrow crevices or sharp corners to worry about. However, the baking tray also lacks a non-stick coating, and removing stuck-on grease is very difficult.
It's a decent toaster at maximum capacity. It toasts both sides of the bread quite equally. However, it doesn't do a very good job of evenly toasting all of the bread. The elements closer to the door don't produce as much heat, and those slices turn out underdone.
It's decent for air frying. Using its 'Air Fry' function and mesh air frying basket, it quickly air fries foods like French fries and chicken wings. Most of your food turns out crispy and golden brown, although a significant proportion is underdone. The results are satisfactory, especially for a toaster oven. However, a few similar models we've tested yield a higher proportion of crispy food, like the Breville the Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro BOV900BSS.
It preheats quickly and has a preheat reminder.
It has mediocre temperature stability. After you open the door to add food to the preheated oven, it overcompensates for the drop in temperature and ends up overshooting the setting significantly. It cools down afterward, and the temperature is more accurate for the rest of the cooking time. Still, the fluctuating temperature makes it trickier to get good results when baking and might cause more delicate recipes to burn. On the plus side, the temperature throughout the cooking chamber is very uniform.
It toasts bread quickly. If you use its full six-slice capacity, it's an efficient way to make a bigger batch of toast. With just four slices in the chamber, its performance is comparable to that of a good slot toaster.
