Top Toaster Oven Picks
View all
Toaster ovens are versatile appliances that can handle everything from bagels at breakfast and leftovers at lunch to frozen pizza for dinner. The best models preheat quickly, cook food evenly, and maintain a stable temperature, which helps with everything from reheating to baking. If you plan to use yours regularly for toast, look for one that browns bread evenly and performs more like a good slot toaster. A roomy cooking chamber, multiple rack positions, and extra modes like broil or convection can also make a toaster oven more useful for larger meals and different types of cooking. Easy cleaning is worth considering, too, especially if you plan to use it often.
We've tested over 30 models, and below you'll find our recommendations for the best toaster ovens for most people.
