However, the Instant Pot doubles as a multi-cooker, and while we haven't tested these functions, some may also prefer it for this reason. The COSORI's biggest advantage over the Instant Pot is its versatility. Both models have impressive temperature ranges and quite a few preset cooking modes, but the Instant Pot has a very narrow range of fan speeds, which limits what you can use it for.
