Dash Compact 2Qt
Fritaire
The Fritaire is a better air fryer than the Dash Compact 2Qt. While both models struggle to cook frozen fried foods evenly, such as taquitos or mozzarella sticks, the Fritaire performs better with thicker foods that have higher moisture content. For example, cauliflower florets and chicken breast end up more evenly browned and less dried out than with the Dash. The Fritaire also cooks faster, and thanks to its glass cooking chamber, you can watch your recipe's progress.
