Dash Compact vs Fritaire

The Fritaire and Dash Compact offer similar performance overall, with some notable differences. Neither option makes very good-quality fried food, and while the Dash comes out ahead here, both options leave more than half of each batch either mushy or burnt. They're not very versatile either. Both air fryers have a fixed fan speed, which limits what else you can use them for. The Fritaire is passable for large-batch cooking, so between the two, it's the better option if you need to cook for a crowd. The Dash, on the other hand, is very compact, so if you have severely limited space, it might be worth considering.
