The Ninja Crispi DualZone DD101 is a better air fryer than the Fritaire. Both models use glass cooking chambers that let you monitor food without opening the air fryer, but the DD101 delivers much stronger overall performance. It produces considerably more evenly fried food, with far more of each batch coming out properly crisp rather than undercooked or overdone. It also preheats and cooks much faster, recovers its temperature more quickly after food is added, and lets you prepare two foods at once using independently controlled cooking zones. The Fritaire is mainly worth considering if you prefer its smaller footprint or are particularly drawn to its included rotisserie and tumbler-basket accessories.
