Our Verdict

thinkkitchen Luminate

Philips Airfryer 2000 series 4.2L NA220/00

The Philips Airfryer 2000 Series 4.2L NA220/00 is a better option for most people than the thinkkitchen Luminate, which is available on the Canadian market. Both models feature a viewing window, so you can monitor your food as it cooks, and they each offer enough capacity to serve about two to three people. However, the Philips produces better-quality fried food, and it does so faster. Neither option is particularly versatile, though, so you're better off sticking to classic air fryer meals and snacks, like yam fries, wings, or veggies. The thinkkitchen is a bit smaller, so if your counter space is really limited, you may still prefer it for that reason.
