The Black+Decker Natural Convection 4-Slice TO1756SB is a small, basic toaster oven. It can fit four slices of sandwich bread and has 'Warm,' 'Broil,' 'Bake,' and 'Toast' settings. It also comes with a wire rack and baking sheet.
The Black & Decker 4-Slice Toaster Oven isn't good for mixed usage. Its small size limits what you can use it for, and it lacks an 'Air Fry' mode and isn't well-suited for food you want crispy, like French fries. However, it maintains a stable temperature, which helps produce good results when baking. It preheats quickly, which is a plus when reheating leftovers, and it's a decent four-slice toaster.

The Black & Decker 4-Slice Toaster Oven is great for leftovers. It preheats very quickly, so you won't have to wait forever when you want to reheat a quick snack. It maintains a mostly stable, accurate temperature, reducing the chance of your food drying out or burning before it's properly heated. However, its small cooking chamber limits what you can reheat, and something like a lasagna might not fit.
Maintains a stable temperature.

Small cooking chamber.
The Black & Decker 4-Slice Toaster Oven is very good for baking. It tends to overshoot the selected temperature a bit when preheating but afterward cools down and maintains a stable and accurate temperature during cooking, which makes it easier to follow recipes and cook delicate foods. There aren't any major hot or cold spots in the chamber, which helps ensure all your food gets baked evenly.
Maintains a stable temperature.
No major hot or cold spots.
Overshoots temperature setting when preheating.
The Black & Decker 4-Slice Toaster Oven doesn't have a fan or an air fry mode and can't air fry. It's not ideal for foods like fries or chicken wings that you'd typically prepare that way, as it'll cook your food very slowly and produce uneven results compared with drawer-style air fryers or ovens with an air fry mode.
No air fry mode.
The Black & Decker 4-Slice Toaster Oven is decent for toasting. It makes quite evenly browned toast faster than many other models. However, it browns the top face of the bread more than the bottom face.

Toasts one side more.
The Black & Decker 4-Slice Toaster Oven has a small cooking capacity. It'll fit four slices of sandwich bread but not the average frozen pizza, a 9" X 13" baking sheet, or something like a whole chicken.

The Black & Decker 4-Slice Toaster Oven is a small, simple toaster oven. Like similar models, such as the Hamilton Beach 31143 and Panasonic FlashXpress NB-G110P, this oven preheats very quickly and has a solid toasting performance. However, its small capacity, lack of an air fry mode, and single rack position limit its versatility. If you want a slightly more versatile but still small model, the higher-end Breville the Mini Smart Oven BOV450XL has three tray positions and a few more cooking modes.
This small oven won't fit a quarter sheet (9" X 13") and has only one tray position, meaning you can't use a higher position for broiling or lower it so it can accommodate bigger dishes.
This simple oven has four modes, 'Warm,' 'Broil,' 'Bake,' and 'Toast.' You can set the temperature and time for each setting. The timer only goes up to 30 minutes, but you can also turn the dial to 'Stay On' if you need more cooking time, unlike some similar ovens like the Panasonic FlashXpress NB-G110P. The maximum temperature setting indicated on the dial is 450°F. The 'Toast' setting yields an even higher temperature as it preheats but cools down afterward.
This model lacks a fan, so you can't use it with convection for quicker cooking.
It's fairly easy to clean. However, neither the tray nor the cooking chamber interior has a non-stick coating, so you must scrub harder to remove grease. Its small size makes it awkward to clean inside, but it's not difficult to reach behind the heaters on the top and bottom of the cooking chamber.
It doesn't have a fan, so it won't perform as well for foods that need quick cooking at high temperatures. If you use it for something like fries, it takes a very long time to cook the food compared with an oven with convection or a drawer-style air fryer, and most of it comes out under or overcooked.
This small toaster oven doesn't have a preheat reminder but preheats very quickly.
It has great temperature stability. It will overshoot the selected temperature slightly at first, which increases the chance of burning your food. After this, it cools down a bit and does a good job of maintaining a stable temperature. The temperature is consistent throughout the cooking chamber as well.
