COSORI TurboBlaze
COSORI Dual Blaze 6.8qt CAF-P583S
The COSORI TurboBlaze is a better air fryer than the COSORI Dual Blaze for most people. The TurboBlaze makes better-quality fried food than the Dual Blaze, leaving more of each batch crispy. It also offers greater versatility. It has a wider range of fan speeds and temperature settings, particularly at the low end, making it a better choice for alternate cooking methods like dehydrating and proofing dough. It's also more compact, and despite having a smaller capacity, it has nearly the same amount of cooking surface area, so it's easier to spread food out for better results. The Dual Blaze preheats and cooks a bit faster and offers some special features through the VeSync app, like voice control. However, considering the TurboBlaze's more affordable price and better overall performance, the extra features won't be worth it for most people.

The dual blaze is has a bottom heater so you don’t have to open up the air fryer halfway through and shake or turn your meat. Cooking chicken is better using the roast feature since it turns the top burner on medium and the bottom burner on high and gives you a much juicier meat. The Turbo blaze is definitely quicker at air frying food and it comes out crispier. Also, it is so much smaller with almost identical amount of tray space, plus it fits perfectly under cabinets unlike the dual blaze which is so tall. Another consideration is that the turbo blaze is so much cheaper than the dual blaze. The turbo blaze comes with an excellent cookbook and recommended cooking and temperature chart which the dual blaze does not.
