2Boom Jammin' vs iConcepts PRTSPK

The iConcepts PRTSPK and the 2Boom Jammin' are both dollar-store speakers for those on very frugal budgets. As a consequence of their extremely low price, both speakers have terrible build quality, though the iConcepts is at least rated for protection against water splashes. It's also the lighter and more portable of the two, with surprisingly good directivity, for a consistent sound across different listening angles. That said, the 2Boom can produce a bit more bass, get a bit louder, and offer longer battery life, making it better suited for very small outdoor hangs (provided there's no rain).
