Apple AirPods Pro

Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 2

The Apple AirPods Pro are better overall in-ear headphones than the Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 2. The Apple are more comfortable and have a better-balanced and more neutral sound profile, and their ANC is more effective at reducing background noise. Their battery life is also longer, and their charging case provides two additional charges over the Sennheiser. However, the Sennheiser have a slightly better performing microphone.
