Nike Alphafly 3
ASICS SUPERBLAST 3
The Nike Alphafly 3 is a better all-distance racing shoe than the ASICS SUPERBLAST 3. It's lighter and returns more energy, so it's easier to turn your legs over at race pace, and it carries you more smoothly through each stride. However, it's significantly less cushioned and much less suited to regular training. The ASICS is the better option if you want one shoe for weekly miles and simply need something comfortable enough to get you through a marathon rather than race it.
