Surfshark VPN
AdGuard VPN
AdGuard VPN has different strengths than Surfshark VPN. On one hand, AdGuard has a working kill switch that prevents unencrypted traffic from leaving your device in case it restarts, whereas Surfshark's allows some to leak. On the other hand, Surfshark has servers in more countries, supports more protocols, and doesn't place a limit on how many devices you can connect simultaneously. While neither VPN's policies and practices are great, Surfshark admits to retaining user traffic logs for a brief period after use, while AdGuard claims to retain no logs at all.
