ASICS SUPERBLAST 3
The ASICS SUPERBLAST 3 is a better overall shoe than the Saucony Endorphin Speed 5, especially if you're looking for a model that's well-suited for long runs. It provides much stronger cushioning under both the heel and forefoot, retains more protection over distance, and even weighs slightly less. The Saucony is still worth considering for runners who want a firmer, plated shoe, as it's well-suited for shorter workouts and for those who need a more stable shoe to hold proper form.
