Our Verdict

ASICS SUPERBLAST 3

Saucony Hurricane 26

The ASICS SUPERBLAST 3 is a better overall running shoe than the Saucony Hurricane 26, offering more cushioning at a lower weight. It absorbs more impact under both the heel and forefoot and maintains better protection over longer runs, making it a stronger choice for runners who prioritize cushioning without extra bulk. However, it usually retails for more money. The Saucony is better if you need support features and a more stable platform for everyday training. It also comes in wide sizes, making it worth considering if you have wide feet.
