The Mizuno Neo Vista 3 and Mizuno Neo Vista 2 are two iterations of the same plated max-cushioned model. The Neo Vista 3 mainly improves the fit, which is now more secure and true-to-size. Get whichever is cheaper, though you should probably size down with the Neo Vista 2.
