The two perform very similarly when it comes to sound, with balanced default frequency responses, wide soundstages, and strong performance with 5.1 and Atmos content. Going with the Immersive Suite gives you access to new flagship features, like Dolby Atmos FlexConnect and Sound Follow, which are geared towards compensating for the speakers' placement and your seating position. If these features don't seem useful to you, the S95AR offers 4k @ 120Hz HDMI passthrough, as well as DTS format support, which are big assets if you like to use your bar as a hub between a console and display, or you watch a lot of Blu-rays.
