The Hisense U6K and the TCL S555 are similar TVs, but some differences exist. The TCL gets brighter, so it's a better option if you're placing it in a bright room. The TCL also has much better black uniformity and a higher contrast ratio, so it's also a better option for a dark room. The Hisense has better upscaling capabilities, so it's a better option if you regularly watch low-resolution content like DVDs.
