TCL QM7K
TCL QM751G
The TCL QM751G and the TCL QM7K are similar TVs, although the newer QM7K provides slightly better image quality due to its vastly improved contrast ratio. Still, the QM751G is brighter in HDR, sometimes delivering a more impactful HDR experience depending on the scene. While its contrast isn't as good overall, its black levels are comparable due to its slightly faster and more precise local dimming solution. It's also a bit more colorful than its successor. Gamers will appreciate the QM7K's slightly faster pixel transitions and 288Hz support at 1080p.

Update: Confirmed that 1440p @ 60Hz works on this monitor with the PS5.
Hi, I would like to see what the reflections in a bright room look like without direct light sources. Are the reflections very stretched? Should this model be suitable for a straight monitor light bar or should I use curved?
Hello! Help with personalized buying advice is something our experts offer only via our insider forums. We do have lots of self-service tools and recommendation articles that should be helpful as well though!
Maybe you are going to do monitor light bars reviews? A must-have accessory for every monitor, it’s strange that there are no models with integrated light bars.
It isn’t something we have any current plans to do but it could be something we do in the future as we continue to grow!
this monitor is gorgeous but i noticed in many games it has very apparent flickering with freesync enabled. turning off freesync removes any flickering. apparently this is common with VA panels but didn’t see it mentioned in the review. was disappointed as i bought this to be a hybrid productivity/4k 60 fps gaming monitor. can still use it as such, but have to keep freesync disabled which is a shame
Hey, what you’re experiencing is VRR Flicker. We test it as part of our Test Bench 2.0, but this monitor was tested on an older test bench, which is why we don’t mention it.
Update: Added that the Samsung Smart Monitor M8/M80D S32DM80 has a remote control and a smart OS.
