IPVanish

ExpressVPN is a better VPN than IPVanish. IPVanish leaks your system's DNS queries while you use it, and doesn't have a functional kill switch, meaning that your ISP could see some of your traffic in some instances. Otherwise, both VPNs have poor privacy policies and business practices with spotty histories and questionable ethical decisions that make them difficult to trust with your personal information.
