HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw

Brother MFC-L3780CDW/MFC-L3720CDW

The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw and the Brother MFC-L3780CDW/MFC-L3720CDW are both color laser printers with near-identical features. The HP prints and scans faster; however, the Brother's scanner is more feature-rich, as it has adjustable lid hinges and built-in OCR (optical character recognition). Although the HP yields more print, it might still cost more in replacement toner over time because the cartridges are significantly more expensive.
