Our Verdict

ASICS NOVABLAST 5

Nike Vomero Plus

The Nike Vomero Plus has better energy return than the ASICS NOVABLAST 5, making it the better pick for larger runners. The ASICS is much lighter, so smaller runners who apply less force may get more out of it. Both are soft enough for easy miles and bouncy enough to pick up the pace.
