ASICS NOVABLAST 5
Nike Vomero Plus
The Nike Vomero Plus and the ASICS NOVABLAST 5 are two highly cushioned trainers that combine bounce and comfort in a shoe that feels soft enough for easy miles, but they also have enough spring to pick up the pace. The NOVABLAST 5 is the much lighter of the two, whereas the Vomero Plus has better energy return. Smaller runners who apply less force might prefer the leaner NOVABLAST 5, but larger runners could get more bounce from the Vomero Plus.
