The Brooks Glycerin 23 is a better choice than the Brooks Glycerin GTS 23 unless you overpronate. It's slightly lighter, still impressively stable, and better suited to runners who land on their heels. The GTS 23 adds raised sides and support features, making it more stable, though its guidance is more heavy-handed.
