HOKA Skyflow
HOKA Bondi 9
The HOKA Skyflow and HOKA Bondi 9 are both cushioned daily trainers from HOKA, though they target slightly different runners. The Skyflow is the lighter shoe and features a lower heel-to-toe drop, offering a flatter, less heel-biased ride. It's very cushioned and protective, though the Bondi 9 packs a bit more of both overall. They have similar, satisfactory stability, with the Bondi 9 being the much more responsive of the two. That said, neither shoe is designed to make the Parkrun podium, and they're best suited for easy daily miles of varying lengths, with the Bondi 9 offering deeper protection on longer runs.
