Our Verdict
adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4
PUMA Fast-R NITRO Elite 3
The PUMA Fast-R NITRO Elite 3 is a better marathon racing shoe than the adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4. It has a more aggressive, energetic ride that offers significantly more protection over the distance and more assistance at race pace. It also carries you more smoothly through each stride. However, the adidas is more stable, and the PUMA's more aggressive setup can also be too excessive if you're not chasing the fastest time.
