adidas Adizero Adios Pro 5
The adidas Adizero Adios Pro 5 is a better lightweight racing option than the Nike Alphafly 3. It combines substantially lower weight with stronger cushioning under both the heel and forefoot, making it appealing when you want impact protection without carrying extra bulk. It also feels softer underfoot and returns more energy at the forefoot. The Nike shoe is still worth considering for runners who value a firmer, more stable platform.
