Nike Alphafly 4
The adidas Adizero Adios Pro 5 is the better overall racing choice than the Nike Alphafly 4. It's lighter, making it a strong option across shorter and longer races. Both return plenty of energy, but the Nike offers a softer feel and more protection under the front of your foot. That gives it an advantage if comfort late in a marathon is your priority.
