Our Verdict
ASICS NOVABLAST 5
Saucony Endorphin Speed 5
The ASICS NOVABLAST 5 is a better all-around running shoe than the Saucony Endorphin Speed 5. Its plateless design is significantly more cushioned and more accessible for daily miles, offering a smooth, stable ride for easy running while still handling a bit of faster work. That said, the Saucony's plated design returns much more energy, so it's the better shoe if you're looking for something dedicated to intervals and faster running.
