Our Verdict
adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3
Nike Alphafly 3
The adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 and Nike Alphafly 3 are both marathon super shoes with similar overall protection. The Nike is more stable and has a softer heel, while the adidas provides a firmer rearfoot platform. Get the Nike if you want a more forgiving and controlled ride; get the adidas if you prefer a firmer landing.
